Unfortunately, Cristobal Eolo has NO return policy. Due to the nature of handmade crafted goods. After a piece has been ordered the process has already begun. Each piece is handmade by the designer and its conception is the moment you placed your order. If you have any concerns about your purchase please email us at cristobaleolonyc@gmail.com and the designer will fulfill your concerns and/or figure out a proper solution.

-NO returns/refunds on custom orders.

-Expectations for returns/exchanges are only available when order is sent with wrong color, style, or size. Please be sure to provide the correct and most accurate info (especially CUSTOM orders) before ordering. Be sure to email us if you have any changes to your sizing or color before your item is made and shipped out.

**If an agreement I settled on exchange after purchase, YOU will be responsible for shipping cost when shipping item(s) back for a return or exchange.
