-All items are made to order and are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase due to the nature of being handmade. The wait could sometimes be longer since orders are made on a first come first serve basis. Once your order is placed we will let you know an approximate timing for delivery, rest assured we will try to get your order out as soon as we can. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email once the the order has shipped.

-Tracking is provided for both domestic and international packages.

***VERY IMPORTANT!***  you are responsible to keep track of your package. Emails will be sent directly to the email you provided when placing an order. Please be sure that your email address is correct.

-Once shipped most domestic orders may take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive and for International shipping, delivery times may vary between 1-4 weeks.

-If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet, we will gladly correct the information. Once the order has been shipped we will do our best to update your oder with the correct address; however, we are not responsible once shipped.

-We will contact you through the email provided if a return was made because of insufficient information. If you do not reply, unfortunately, we will not reship the order and it will not be refunded.
